Thruster hints searchable

I think this was working in previours versions.
If you build thrusters, the game will automatically add the direction of the thrusters in the name. We should be able to search by that eg.:
is the name Industrial Hydrogen Thruster 31
but in the grid-list you can see (Down). It would be nice, if we can search "down" and get all down pointing thrusters > Same for other directions

So, the dynamic direction hint on thrusters was meant to be searchable by design and therefore its inability is deemed eligible for a report on a bug to be fixed while the omission of the small-grid large conveyor T was intentional even though literally all (other) large-grid conveyor variants have small-grid large equivalents as an immediate switchable with the R shortcut (as opposed to the small-grid, small conveyors which have no large-grid equivalents on R and which did get the T) and therefore only qualifies as a feedback suggestion.
