Controlling blocks broadcasts position

Controlling a remote control broadcasts your position and will even relay other signals. exiting the control stops this. first seen on the SE Forever server and replicated locally without any mods.
Also found the same issue with all turrets locally. further more after exiting the turret the bugged signal would stick to the player until respawning. Turret issue could not be replicated on the SE Forever server.
