All the players on my server reports long loading time to enter the server. Is there something I can do to reduce the loading time?

Are there any MODs active on your server? Other players/clients might be experiencing long loading time because of obsolete or broken MODs. Kindly review the active MODs on your server and remove those that are broken/obsolete.
If the issue persists, kindly send us your server logs and, if possible client's/payer's log who is experiencing this issue when joining your server.
The player/client joining your server can find their log by following the below step.
