Player broke server save with invalid name

Last night two players joined our server (SE Forever), and some of the Keen Official servers with invalid characters in their names causing the server sim speed to dramatically drop, and then the server crashed. After, players were unable to join because of a version mismatch.
The solution was to delete their character profile, and all entries of their name from the sandbox.sbc, and sandbox_0_0_0_.sbs. And, finally deleting the .sbsB5.

I am very sorry to hear that your server was one of the servers that were attacked. We know about the hackers and our admins have already tried to sort it out. However can you please try to update the server to the latest version to make sure everything is alright?
Please let me know if everything works and the hackers did not return.
