Programmable Block Echo scroll reset bug when using custom colour tags with text.

Whenever I use custom colour tags ([color=#FF00FF00]Test[/color], etc) in a programmable block Echo, there is an issue where if the text is long enough to have a scrollbar visible, the text is unable to be scrolled. The scrollbar just jumps back up to the top.
Demonstration in video attached. I've also attached the script used in the vid. I double checked with a blank world with no mods or plugins.
Some things I've noticed:
- The bug occurs if the distance between any two colour tags is greater than the height of the text area/textbox.
- It occurs every time the PB updates (Update1/Update10/Update100). (Shown in vid).
