Server not responding only on a specific server

Solved

I get the server not responding message everytime i try to connect to my friends server hosted with 4netplayers. The server has mods. It worked well but after a while of not playing, i tried to connect and it didnt work. also i can connect to other 4netplayer servers with mods just fine. I hope i get help.
