Thrusters using incorrect fuel tanks
Solved
After activating the "Launch Sequence 1" timer block on the attatched blueprint, the large thrusters at the bottom of the ship draw their fuel from the fuel tanks at the top of the ship, which they are not conveyored to, and cannot draw fuel from the tanks they are connected to.
Cutting and pasting the ship after separating it from the launch platform fixes the issue.
