Textures also brokey
Won't Fix
The medium and high textures for me have been broken for a long time, I think even before the warfare updates though I'm not too sure when, so don't take my word on that.
I've attached a video.

I am very sorry you are experiencing this issue. You can try the following:
- update your graphic driver and make sure it is up to date
Can you please share your log with me? It is possible your graphic card is not strong enough for Space Engineers so I need to look into the log to be sure.
-You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
