List of players in Transfer Ownership doesn't scroll correctly

Within the device ownership options of blocks, especially on large multiplayer servers, it is very difficult to find a specific player quickly as you cannot scroll to the beginning of the right letter and continue to slowly work through them from there. This is mostly a problem for Administrators as opposed to the casual/solo player.
This is opposed to the Entity List which allows you to scroll down with the bar and then use the mouse more slowly.
Two fixes might be to either;
- Add a search option in the ownership list to allow admins to search the list quickly
or
- Allow the same functionality the Entity List has

thank you for reporting to us. I noticed that this behavior was not present in previous version of the game. That means that the functionality should be the same as the Entity list. I successfully reproduced the bug and reported it internally.
