Unlimited safezone exploit without power or chips

I've discovered a faction have been using this on Official servers to exploit unlimited safezone without the need to farm zone chips or Power source.
i've Reproduced the Exploit and have attached files below for replication in hopes it is fixed as it's unfair for players who spend the time farming zone chips and Power to keep safe zones active while those players don't need to farm at all and have unlimited safezones
