Disabling Jetpack in World Also Disables Space Suit Respawn

I was messing with the game, and I found a odd bug where disabling jetpack in world settings causes you to be unable to respawn, even when Space Suit Respawn is turned on.
The world is a empty world with asteroids disabled, and the version of the game that I am using is the Automations Beta 1.202.048.
