Issues with space Engineer

Won't Fix

 I have had issues with the game starting today as the game tends to have "Unexpected errors" recently and shuts down. As soon as this happens, the sync will not function and I am afraid to continue for fear of permanently losing my game data. I have 150 hours in the game and I would like to continue building and exploring.

thank you for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

Can you please provide me more information?

What type of the game are you playing? Is is in single player or multiplayer mode?

Is this save the only one where you are experiencing this issue, or does it happen on multiple, when you try?

Are there any mods included on the save where you are experiencing this issue? If yes, can you please delete the mods and try again?

What do you mean by "shuts down"? Is it crash to desktop? Since you are writing "As soon as this happens, the sync will not function and I am afraid to continue for fear of permanently losing my game data." That seems like the game is not crashing, really.

If it's not just normal crash, can you please provide me video what is happening in your game when this happens? Are you able to continue playing? Are you taken back to Main menu? What exactly is happening there?

Also please share me log file from affected game session.

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
