Could you share further information with us? Are you using VPN? If yes, kindly disable your VPN and try joining servers (preferably Keen's official ones). If the issue persists, disable your antivirus as well and check if that resolves your issue.
If you still can't join any server, please send us your latest log when experiencing this issue.
