Issues with the game.

Won't Fix

Hello,

I’m having issues with the game, bought it a while ago, now reinstalled it and wanting to play again, it worked with mods. But I noticed there are much I like to see updates. It says it cannot save. I can play but it does not save my world.

How can I resolve this?

thank you for letting us know about this issue that you are experiencing.

However, I find it still hard to understand it properly. Can you please share me more information about this issue?

The saves that you started before, with mods, were working fine back then, but are not working now?

Please keep in mind that we do not and can not support mods as there are hundreds and probably thousands out there. It's the mod creator/owner to make sure the mod is working fine with the base game.

So if this issue is happening to you due to mods, I won't be able to help you much.

But if you are experiencing the same issue on the game where you are not using mods, plugins... any 3rd party SW, please share me a log file from the affected game session and the save when this issue can be observed.

For logs:

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

For saves:

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.

Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
