[Beta] Toolbar: Event Controller +/- Threshold broken for Angle Changed Event

When the Event is set to Angle Changed, adjusting the Threshold of the Event Controller through the toolbar does not adjust the Threshold set in the Event Controller.
The display on the Toolbar shows a value that increments/decrements in 5% intervals between 0% and 100% instead of the Degrees shown in the Event Controller UI on the Control Panel.
I have the same bug
I have a script (Easy Automation) that can check the properties of any block. It is showing that "Threshold" and "Angle" are two separate properties. It appears that when you are changing the Threshold property, it is not changing the Angle property. These two properties are not linked as they should be or the Angle property just does not have it's own action for use in the toolbar as it should.
