cannot start the game directx11 error pls help

i keep getting an error not sure how to fix this tried uninstalling deleting all files etc nothing seems to fix it. the game always ran fine when it did run. havent been able to launch and play this game in a good year or so :C i can launch and play other games but not this one

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
In the provided log, we found that the game couldn't find the config file. If possible, could you get the config (SpaceEngineers.cfg) file from a friend who also plays Space Engineers? Or you can also try SE's new/fresh installation by deleting every leftover in both the Roaming/SE and Steam/SE folders. Relaunch the game.
If the issue persists, kindly try the workarounds mentioned in the following links, which have resolved the problem for players with a similar issue;

Thank you so much that fixed it. I deleted both roaming and steam files and turned off the cloud backup reinstalled the game on steam and it now launches
