Admin Menu won´t open

Hi there, I´ve been playing with my friends on a SE server for a quite a while and I didn´t bothered with it. But recent events on the server push me to it and I´ve tried add my self as an administrator on the server but it´s working just on the half way done. I can kick, ban etc. but that´s where my permisions ends. When I want to use admin menu it just won´t show up... well it shows the blue rectangle but won´t show up the actual menu

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

Could you provide us with some additional information?

How did you add yourself as the Server admin? Did the server host promote you, or did you take some different approach to promote yourself as the Server admin?

Is any other player on the said server (with admin rights) experiencing the same issue?

Are you having this issue when playing on this particular server or when playing as a Single Player and on another Lobby/Server (being the host or having admin rights) too?

Are there any active MODs on the said server? If yes, kindly deactivate all the MODs and recheck if the issue persists.

If you still experience the issue, kindly send us your and the server's log files.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers. If the said server is a Dedicated Server, the host can find the logs in the \Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated folder.
