No Weather on Europa
[I think I accidentally posted this as feedback instead of a bug, so this is a re-post!]
According to the website (and game config files), Europa is supposed to have heavy snow and fog. However, weather never spawns there in-game. Even if I use the admin tools to "force random weather", the weather always stays at "none".
Is it just me, or is there something else I can check on my end?
Europa appears to be the only planet with "global weather" = true, so I don't know if that's a factor.
Weather is enabled, no mods or anything. Europa is always clear.
(If I pick a specific weather with the admin tools, it shows up... so the weather effects work, it just seems that there's no weather assigned to Europa when it seems like it's supposed to be)
