O2/H2 Generator is not pulling bottles

Hi,
The O2/H2 generator does not pull bottles from storage container when it is less than 100%. It happens when I put Ice in storage container. The generator fills up half the capacity with ice. After that it does not pull the bottles anymore.

Unfortunately we weren't able to reproduce the issue.
If this issue is always happening, could you please upload saved file with a world and video with reproduction steps? It would help us reproducing the issue.
