please try to do the following in order to fix the issue on your side:
Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/core-isolation-e30ed737-17d8-42f3-a2a9-87521df09b78 and disable the feature described there.
This have helped other players in the past. Please let me know if this is working for you as well.
