space engineer multiplayer world won't load

When I try to enter any multiplayer world I enter and it seems like the planet doesn't load and if someone tries to enter me it just says that the server is not responding02e66faa54a38e025cd19ddf27f83ae2

Could you provide us with some additional information?

As you mentioned experiencing the issue in multiplayer worlds, does this issue not occur in Single Player mode?

Are you experiencing this same issue in every Lobby/DS and other multiplayer servers?

Is this issue happening in all graphics presets? You can change your Graphic Presets by clicking on Options from the main menu > clicking on Graphics > and changing Quality Preset to Low/Medium/High. Click on OK to save changes.

Can you also check if the correct graphic adapter is selected? To do so, click on Options from the main menu > click on Display > in the Display Settings, make sure that the correct graphic adapter has been selected in the Video Adapter setting (it should be like, Nvidia or something similar). Kindly also change your Video Mode to a lower (recommended) screen resolution. Save the changes, restart the game if required, and check if the issue persists (Please also update your graphic driver if it is not already updated).

If you still experience the issue, could you send us the log files (SpaceEngineers & VRageRender) when experiencing this issue?

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar, and you will get redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that, follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
