Would it be possible for you to gather some additional information from your friend and share that with us?
Is your friend having this issue when joining the US #6 server only or when joining other multiplayer servers too?
For how long has your friend been having this issue? Has it started to occur recently after the latest hotfix or the issue has been there since the beginning?
Could you also get your friend's log files when experiencing this issue, and share them with us?
