Steel Catwalk Two Sides lacks player collision on one side
Solved
1. Build the "Steel Catwalk Two Sides" large block.
2. Attempt to move the player through the rails.
3. Observe that only one of the rails stops the player, the other lets the player go through it.
I have the same bug

Unfortunately we weren't able to reproduce your issue.
Is this happening in single player or multi player game?
It would be great if you could make a screenshot/record a video of this problem for better reproduction.

This issue shall be already fixed with the new game version 1.202.066.
