Game crashes
Solved
Game starts up to home screen, but crashes every time I try to load a game. I even tried loading an empty world. I turned on my windows defender firewall.

Hello, jared,
thanks for letting us know.
Can you please provide more information?
Especially your log would help, since it seems there are no clear steps to reproduce (since this issue is happening to you instantly if I understand it correctly).
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
Any other piece of information that you can possibly share would help me as well.
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards

From start to finish, I open up steam on my PC. Then I click on play on space engineers and the game opens up and I see the intro screen where "Load, start new game, etc" is. I then click new game and set it to where I want and click load. Some time after I do this the game just crashes and defaults back to the steam page.

Hello, jared,
thanks for your reply.
Can you please share me the log file? Without it, I can't know what is happening in your game and how advice you the best.

Thank you for your response. I figured it out. It turned out to be a video driver that needed to updated. It works fully now.
