Won't Fix

So, since you guys updated the game and updated the requirements for the game, I have been unable to play it as it has unbearable lag or crashes on launch. I was wondering what my options would be and if I am able to refund?

thanks for letting us know.

Can you please share me more information?

It would be great if you can supply a log file.

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Are the crashes and problems related to you doing some action in the game, or would you call them random?

Also, can you please tell me when you bought the game?
