How long have you been experiencing this issue? Is this started after any recent update or after reinstalling the game? Could you send us a screen recording/video when experiencing this issue, along with the log file?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
