Hello, engineer!

Thank you for writing to us.

Could you kindly provide some additional information related to this issue?

Are you using any MODs? If yes, please remove active MODs and recheck if the issue persists.

If you still experience the issue, kindly send us the saved world (unmodded) file and screen recording/video when experiencing this issue, along with steps to reproduce the issue and a new log file.

  • You can access your saved files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

We are looking forward to assisting you with this issue.

The server is not using any mods, and i was lucky to capture the moment it crashed due to the problem. In the uploads you will find the saved world, the footage and also the crash log. What the footage fails to show is that i was firing rocket launchers out of and through the safe zone, which also seems to have triggered this error.

Steps to recreate:

1. Set up a safe zone generator with zone chips in it.

2. Set the filter to blacklist in every category.

3. Wait for the zone to activate properly.

4. Allow shooting but not damage.

5. Fire out of the zone from the inside and fire into the zone from the outside.

Given time this should cause the exception to manifest.

Hello, Engineer!

Thank you for sharing the files with us.

Following your steps to replicate the issue, we only encountered the issue when firing missiles out from the Safe Zone, which is a known issue (thread's link) and has already been reported internally.

Have you experienced the same issue in any other circumstances? Kindly provide us with relevant information/video recording/save files.

Kind Regards,

Then that is likely what happened here and i mistook the safe zone turning off as the cause.
