Parachute hatch rotation

Switched OFF parachute hatches with autodeploy ON forces the ship to rotate. The more the speed - the more the rotation. (If you don't encounter the bug, enable autodeploy, wait for parachutes deploying, switch off parachute hatches, stop the ship, wait for parachutes disappearance, then accelerate again.)
