Won't Fix

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing while playing the game in Steam’s Big Picture mode.

When doing so, and using my TV as my monitor, whenever my TV times out, the game freezes and becomes unresponsive/unplayable. I would then have to use Task Manager to close the program and restart, hopefully not losing too much progress.

Please let me know what sort of technical specifications or other details you will need to address this issue.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to reproduce the issue.

Could you kindly confirm if this issue only happens when you play the game in Steam’s Big Picture mode, if it also happens when playing in Steam's normal mode and if your PC's graphic driver is updated?

It would be a great help if you could send us the log file where you are having this issue.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
