Custom Turret Controller NOT allow to drive rover/car

As name say Custom_Turret_Controller (Warfare 2 Update) not allow you to drive Car/rover/ship while in control of Custom_Turret_Controller.
Basic Turret_Block allow you to do so Custom_Turret_Controller do NOT.
1. build ship/car
2. build single block turret.
3. build 2 rotor arm to look like gun/ turret
3b. add any single block gun to that arm
4. place Custom_Turret_Controller
4b. set up Custom_Turret_Controller for 2 rotor arm
5. Control Custom_Turret_Controller and try go forward with car (will not)
6. Control Single block turret and go forward (will go forward)
End of class
That... that is a bug!

I don't think this is a bug, i think Keen just didn't build the ability to drive and control a custom turret at the same time into the CTC block's design.
