Hello!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.

Please can you provide a log of when you experienced this issue?

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Hello Laura,

sorry but i'm really bad at computers..

I type %appdata%, and find the Space engineer folder and i see that :

where i can find the log ? :S

All of those text files beginning with 'SpaceEngineers_2022...etc..' are the log files. Please attach the one that corresponds to the time in which you received the error.

There doesn't appear to be any error in that log, could you check again? Alternatively, create the issue again and know it's the most recent log :)

Hi Laura, I did :

-Uninstall / Install

-Verify the game files with Steam.

-Delete the CFG file.

-Delete the content of the ShaderCache folders.

And cant run load my world always the same message

"unload world"

please check the log ..

I dont know what can i do

Can you provide a new log from when the issue happened? The previous log did not have an error in it.
