Handheld drill target is offset up and left

The handheld drill targets up and to the left of the crosshairs instead of on the crosshair or on the drill tip. This makes it difficult to target tiny voxel remnants or to avoid damaging a block when drilling near it since you can't tell what you're actually targeting with the drill.
I believe this started with the first Warfare update when it also became difficult to drill straight down when crouching. Difficulty drilling down is likely related to this offset.
