Space Engineers DLCs vanish in offline mode
On March 5th, I bought Space Engineers and all of its DLCs.
I entered offline mode, and spent several weeks playing the game.
On March 26th, I told steam to enter online mode to fetch the software updates that it kept asking me about.
Since then, in offline mode, the game doesn't recognize its DLCs (no DLC icons on the title screen and I can't build DLC objects). In offline mode, the DLC icons appear as normal.
Clicking "local files -> verify integrity" in the library while online didn't resolve the problem.
How do I fix this? I normally play in offline mode, and my offline save isn't visible in online mode.
I submitted a tech support ticket and they referred me here. Per their request I've attached all log files that were in the SE directory.

Two days later, it works again, so this bug report can be withdrawn. I'm getting a permission error when I try to edit or remove it.
