Piston diseapering on reload when used with Merge Block

I find out that when you have:

- 2 grids linked by a piston (one "mobile" and one "fixed")


- with merge block at certain positions of piston extension to solidarise them (share energy, considered by blueprint),


==> when you load the game after save, the piston block disapear, and impossible to put a new one.

So when unmerge again the "mobile" grid, it goes away.

thanks for letting us know and we are sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

However, sole text isn´t enough for me to get what is happening to you. I did try all possible way that I could think about on builds that contained piston and merge block, but I was not able to reprocude this issue.

You think it´s possible to provide more information? A video and blueprint/save file would be the best, so I can clearly see what you are doing and have the exactly same build as you do, to try it on.

For the save file:

You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.

Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

For blueprint:

You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.
