Transferring build planner components steals from itself
Repro steps:
1) Make a welder ship and attach it via Connector to the main station (which is fully stocked with components)
2) Put a block in the build planner.
3) Hop in the cockpit of the weld ship and filter the left side to "Only this ship" and the right side to "all connected inventories"
4) Press the button to transfer build planner components to the left side. At this point everything is working fine.
5) Put another block of the same type in the build planner
6) Press the button to transfer build components to the left side
Expected result:
There are enough components to build two blocks in the ship inventory.
Actual result:
There are not enough components to build the two planned blocks. The second transfer stole some of the components from the ship inventory to fulfill the request.
This is frustrating because it requires you to name every block in the main base that might be holding a component, and to type that name in every time you want to transfer materials to the welding ship. Which is sometimes a lot, because you can't put that many blocks in the build planner.

I fight with this problem all the time. It also affects attempts to deposit all ore and components. Sometimes they will deposit back into the ship they're coming from since the ship's inventory is included in the inventories listed on the right. It would be handy to have a "not this ship" filter button similar to the "only this ship" filter button. Having this would make it possible to easily transfer stuff into or out of the current ship or station without having to do multiple transfers with multiple search terms. For example, one could access inventory from a station, select "not this ship" on the left and "only this ship" on the right, and click "deposit all ores and components" to empty all connected ships into the station at once.
Something further that would be nice is the ability to select multiple filters at once. Such as "not this ship" combined with "cargo only" would allow one to see only storage type blocks that are not part of the ship or station you're in.
