Cylindrical Column shows available without heavy industry DLC
Won't Fix
It's not, I can't place it nor build it, if I try in Creative it just won't place, if I try in Survival it oddly tries to place an interior wall. Nevertheless, it's lit up like I can and I can move it to my Toolbar and no other part I don't have access to does that.

So basically if we don't keep forking over money, the game we've already bought will keep getting worse. Got it. That's bizarre and makes me want to not want to waste money on this game even more. It certainly doesn't convince me to buy the DLC.

I have had a look at this and can see that it has been noticed previously internally. Although we are aware of it, after a discussion we have decided to keep it as is and will not be making a change in this instance :)
