Custom turret controller will not function when welded in.

AI will not function for the custom turret controller if it has been welded in, even if the freshly welded in controller is properly configured. If the world is reloaded, the grid the controller is on is re-pasted, or the controller is re-configured to the same settings it will begin working again.


Attached is a save file where this behavior can be viewed. With this save you can reproduce this issue by doing the following:


Press the first button on the control panel, this will fire the missile which will work and attempt to track the target.


Immediately after the first missile is fired another will be welded. Once the new missile is done welding press the fire button again. This time you'll notice the missile will not attempt to track the target despite being an exact copy.


If you saved and reloaded the world before firing the second missile it would work.
