Hello, robert!
Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
Just so I understand, you did not have this issue prior to updating your driver? Is it at all possible to roll back your driver?
Is this at all relating to the game update or just the driver?
I have been looking at previous comments from other users and know they have mentioned of this issue previously but not necessarily directly from updating drivers.
Could you please supply a copy of your Space Engineers log rather than what you have provided?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
It may also be worth trying the below steps as these can fix a wide array of issues.
