Help!! I can't use the tools with my xbox one controller - I press lb rb

Help!! I bought the game today and I can't use the tools with my xbox one controller - I press lb rb but nothing happens. BUT the weirdest thing is I CAN use lb rb in the radial menu, I can use LB RB EVERYWHERE except tools. This issue is originated most of the times in wrong/missing controller setting in Windows itself. I personaly had the same issue and solved it by performing these steps:
1) On your PC, open Control panel, switch to Large Icons
2) Go to Devices and Printers
3) Right click on the gamepad and open 'Game Controller settings'
4) Select the controller and press 'Advanced' button
5) Select 'Controller (Xbox One For Windows)' as preferred device
6) Press 'Ok' button

I have a new question. But is there any way to avoid it? When one controller runs out, I plug in another xbox one controller to keep playing. But I have to constantly exit the game and repeat this procedure for the currently connected controller

Regarding your second question, I asked my colleagues as well, and unfortunately... no :(
We do not think that there is an option how to avoid this need to set different controller again. As said and explained before, it´s more on the Windwos side itself rather than on the game side.
Anyway... since the main issue mentioned here is now solved, I will close this thread.
