SpaceEngineers crashes on Intel UHD 770 on i9-12900K

Atanas Hristov shared this bug 2 years ago
Won't Fix

Hello,

I am with the latest drivers provided by Intel for the graphics card and on a fresh Windows 10 install. Details for the Win10 version could be seen below, while the GPU info is attached as a screenshot.

Windows 10 Pro

Version21H2

Installed on‎26.‎01.‎2022

OS build19044.1503

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

The very first error I get is upon starting the game - it says my graphics card is not running the latest drivers - screenshot FirstError.jpg

After that, I am allowed in-game normally, however on random the game crashes, usually, it takes not more than 15 20 minutes until the crash. I am playing on low settings and the system has 32GB of RAM, so plenty to share with GPU if needed.

Attaching the crash report.

Let me know if you need further info.

Hello, Atanas!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Thank you for providing a log. Unfortunately, your graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game which could be causing you the issue. You can find the minimum requirements to run the game on the Steam store page. The minimum requirement is a Geforce 750/Radeon R9 270X or higher. Sorry that this was not better news.

Due to this, I will close the thread.

Kind Regards

Laura, QA Department
