[187] Modding: SDK bin64_profile does not have profiling or dev menu.
Solved
The bin64_profile version from the SDK was where the dev menu (F12) was moved quite a while ago, which also contains a profiler.
That version no longer has those features, it's exactly the same as the game binaries, which defeats the purpose of it existing in the first place. So it seems like it was built without profiler/devmenu by mistake. Modders still really need to use those features.
