[187] Modding: Debug Draw Dummies doesn't show up on some blocks

The conveyor blocks in that screenshot used to show their conveyor port dummies as well, just like the assembler does... but now they don't.
Those dummies are quite useful for modders to quickly see what a block needs in terms of dummies.
The SDK is in no way "quick" to see these things due to the insane material spam that lives inside those .fbx files which take literally minutes to load a the highest quality one (the only LOD that contains dummies).
