"Share Inertia Tensor" setting stuck after merging+unmerging

After docking to a static grid the "Share Inertia Tensor" Setting gets stuck in the setting before docking.
Visually you are able to change the setting in the UI, but the behavior stays the same.
It is possible to change the behavior by docking to a static grid with a different setting. However, the new Setting gets stuck aswell.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create Ship with a rotor.
- Enable "Share Inertia Tensor"
- Dock to Static grid with Merge Blocks
- Undock
- "Share Inertia Tensor" Setting gets stuck and cant be changed (The UI says its changed, but it doesnt
