I have not been able to reproduce this issue.
Can you provide us with more information about what were you doing, share the blueprint of your ship, send a save where this occurs?
Did it happen to you repeatedly and if yes, did it happen only with desert boulders?
What kind of boulders? What resource was inside? Were there any holes from a manual drill for example? Was there anythinf weird or different about the boulders?
Did it happen in single player, on a dedicated server or in a Lobby?
If it is hapening consistently but you have trouble describing what you are doing in detail, then just upload a video of the bug hapenning.
