Large Grid Rocket Launcher Wont fire

Built a ship and realized I had made a design error and replaced a component with the conveyor required to connect them. However upon fixing this problem the launchers wouldn't fire. REPLACING THEM by grinding them down and then replacing a new one fixed the problem for some reason. Nothing else was changed no orientation change
