Names are not updated when steam name is changed

Names are not updated when the user changes their steam name, this makes it a hassle to /w a player that has changed their name.
Example
Player first joins with name "Dave"
Player changes their name to "Alan"
To whisper this player you would need to /w "Dave"
This is very confusing if the player has the name "Alan" in chat but you need to whisper an entirely different name to open a channel with them
