Medical Rooms amd Spawn pods are not showing up 98% of the time

I'm getting a bug since the update on 4-27-2020. On my DS powered by GTX Gaming, on login, all my medical rooms are gone and I cannot load into my game 98% of the time. If they do appear and I am able to get into the game, it seems to lag out.
Is anyone else having this issue? I did not get the new DLC. Could that be the issue?
