Movement Blocks and share with faction

so, for some reason when you share a whole grid with your faction, the actual movement blocks cant be shared, or transferred ownership (so your friend cant disable the parking brake or control the grid), to top it off, hacking it hasn't proven any results yet. I do believe this is a bug.
