[Xbox] [Included Video] Random Inventory Breaking

There's a weird bug that makes random items lock in a container and I can't get theme out through a conveyer system. They have to be taken out directly.
In this video: I have Steel Plates in my Survival Kit, but I can't access them through my Cockpit. I can access other items though. I can access the Steel Plates from the Survival Kit directly, but that can be very tedious with more complicated systems. I basically have to make everything without conveyers.
