Hydrogen systems not working

Under multiple situations, hydrogen systems will stop working. Examples being h2/02 system will not move h2 to med bays or survival kits. h2 tanks and generators will not pull h2 through their networks and h2 thrusters are non-functional. On xbox this glitch can be fixed with a reset.
